CRUST

  1. Sift dry ingredients into bowl.  Cut in lard as you would for pie.
  2. Mix egg yolks, water and lemon juice and add to four mixture.  Blend Gently
  3. Dough will be very soft.  Knead slightly.
  4. Bake in a 13x9x2-inch pan
  5. Put together as you would for a pie.
  6. P.S. You can chill up to 6 hours or overnight.
