Directions

  1. Drain berries; measure juice and add water to make 1 34 cups. 
  2. Heat to boiling;  add jello and stir to dissolve. 
  3. Let cool until consistency of egg whites. 
  4. Fold in berries and turn into 1 14 quart mold.
  5. Dissolve second jello in boiling water. 
  6. Chill until it starts to jell. 
  7. Combine softened cheese with cream and beat until stiff. 
  8. Add sugar and vanilla and blend. 
  9. Beat into partially thickened jello and blend. 
  10. Pour over first layer. 
  11. Let stand overnight; you get better results.
