Cauliflower Salad

Dressing Ingredients


  1. In medium bowl, combine cauliflower, olives, green pepper, pimiento and onion. 
  2. In another bowl make dressing. 
  3. Combine oil, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper. 
  4. Beat with rotary beater until well blended. 
  5. Pour over cauliflower mixture. 
  6. Refrigerate, covered, until well chilled at least 1 hour. 
  7. Spoon salad into bowl or arrange on lettuce on individual salad plates.
