Chocolate Fondue



Suggested Dippables * pretzels * pound cake * bananas * oranges * pineapple


  1. In heavy pot  over medium heat cook 12 cup cream until low boil.
  2. Remove from heat and add chocolate. Let stand for 3 to 5 minutes to soften.
  3. Whisk chocolate and cream together.
  4. Stir in liqueur
  5. Transfer to fondue pot

If fondue becomes thick,  thin with rest of heavy cream
