Ham and Gravy



ham (spiral cuts work great)


pineapple rings

14 c brown sugar

1 c 7up

1 tsp dry mustard

12 c white drinking wine



  1. Skin fat off ham.
  2. Score hame and place cloves in ham.
  3. Place pineapple rings on ham. (attach with toothpicks if necessary)
  4. Place the remaining ingredients in a small pot until they boil.
  5. Pour over the ham.
  6. Bake ham at 350 covered until tender or according to ham directions.
  7. When ham is cooked, place dripping in small pot.
  8. Bring to boil and add small amounts of water mixed with cornstarch until thick.
  9. Serve gravy with ham.
