Oatmeal Waffles

  1. Preheat waffle Maker.
  2. In food processor chop oats
  3. Put all ingredients, except egg whites, in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add 13 cup of water
  5. Beat on low until moistened.
  6. Increase to medium, mix until smoothish.
  7. Add up to additional 13 cup of water to thin if needed.
  8. By hand, gently fold in beaten egg whites.
  9. Pur 34 cup batter over grids.
  10. Close Waffle Maker, bake until steam no longer escapes, about 3-5 minutes.
  11. Repeat. Serve while hot with your favorite topping.
