Oster's Light 'n Crisp Waffles

  1. Preheat waffle maker
  2. Place all ingredients, except egg whites, in a large bowl.
  3. Mix with whisk until smooth.
  4. Then add in by folding (beaten) egg whites.
  5. Pour a ladle full of batter in a cooking sprayed waffle maker.
  6. Bake until the steam no longer escapes or about 3 to 5 minutes.
  7. Serve with butter, syrup, honey and various fresh fruits.

Variations:

Pecan or Macadamia Nut Waffles 1. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp finely chopped nuts over preheated waffel iron. 1. Then pour 12 cup batter over the nuts. 1. Bake as directed.

Bacon Waffles: Cook bacon strips. 1. Pour 12 cup batter over waffle plates. 1. Lay 1 strip of cooked bacon, cut in half, over batter. 1. Bake as directed.

Cheese Waffles: 1. Fold in 1 12 cups shredded cheese into batter. 1. Bake as directed. 1. Serve with syrup or your favorite creamed entree.

Blueberry Waffles: 1. Fold 2 cups fresh blueberries into batter. 1. Pour 34 cup of batter into waffle plate. 1. Bake as directed.

Chocolate Chip Waffles: 1. Fold 1 cup of chocolate chips into batter. 1. Bake as directed.
