Pizza Dough Tammi

  1. Mix all dry and 2 cups of the flour.
  2. Add the water and beat well.
  3. Add 1 more c of flour and knead in the rest to where the dough springs back when pressed (more/less if needed).
  4. Place in well greased glass  bowl (olive oil), cover dough with oil. let rise for 1 hour (covered).
  5. Punch down and shape into 2 balls.
  6. Cover again w/ oil and place on a cookie sheet in fridge to cool and rise some more. (30 min or so)
  7. Cover with a wet cloth to prevent dough from forming a hard skin.
  8. Bake @ 425 for 10 min or so?

Dough is best when cold so you can handle it like a pizza shop. You can even wirl in air if you are good!!!

*garlic and oregano are just an add in that I do for a different taste to the dough.
