Quick Pizza Crust

  1. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with knife.  
  2. Add flour, sea salt, sugar and yeast in Kitchen aid bowl.  
  3. Mix with dough hook for 1 minute.
  4. Add water and oil to flour mixture.
  5. Blend at a low speed with Kitchen aid until mixed.  
  6. Once mixed, turn up speed a little and let the Kitchen aid knead the dough until smooth and elastic (10 minutes).
  7. Once done remove bowl from the Kitchen aid, add a little olive oil to the bowl and roll around the dough ball.  
  8. Cover the bowl with a towel and let rise in a warm place (85 degrees) 45 minutes or until dough doubles.
  9. Punch down the dough;  cover and let rest 10 minutes.  
  10. Turn on the grill on high.  
  11. Divide dough in 4 equal parts.  
  12. Roll out each dough part into a 8-inch circle.  
  13. Play on a tray or plate.  
  14. Spray a light coat of Pam spray and a pinch of cornmeal on the rolled out dough.  
  15. Place on grill.  
  16. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  17. Once one side of dough is cooked, remove and turn over on a plate.  
  18. Spray the uncooked side with a light coat of Pam and a pinch of cornmeal.  
  19. Turn grill down to medium.
  20. Top the pizza sauce and your favorite toppings on the cooked side.  
  21. Take back to the grill.  
  22. Cook another 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
