Sweet Potato Biscuits

  1. Mix dry ingredients with butter with fork or pastry blender.
  2. Add mashed sweet potato, egg, and heavy cream little by little. Do NOT overmix.
  3. (Dough should be soft and moist, not dry)
  4. Flour the surface you are going to use then use rolling pin over your dough mixture.
  5. Use biscuit cutter, round cookie cutter or mouth of a glass to cut biscuits.
  6. Place on ungreased sheet.
  7. Bake at 400ยบ for about 10 to 15 minutes.

Makes about 15 biscuits. This is great served with honey or cinnamon cream cheese butter. The above recipe is shown with minor changes from the recipe on the website and it turned out perfect. Do not over bake!
