Swiss Bliss




  1. Spread center of aluminum foil with butter or margarine
  2. Cut steak into serving portions and place on foil
  3. Sprinkle with onion soup mix, mushrooms, green pepper and tomatoes
  4. Mix juice and cornstarch pour over meat and vegetables
  5. Bring foil up and over and double fold edges to seal tightly
  6. Bake 112 to 2 hours in oven at 375 degrees
  7. Roll back foil and sprinkle with parsley
