Williamsburg Brunch

-2 lbs maple-flavored sausage

-2 Tbsp chopped onion

-5 cups Rice Krispies cereal (put aside 1 cup for topping)

-2 cups cooked rice

-20 oz grated cheddar cheese (or 5 cups)

-6 eggs

-2 cans cream of mushroom soup

-1/2 cup milk

Brown sausage and onion.  Drain grease.  Spray the bottom and sides of a 9x12 pan with pam spray.  Spread 4 cups of the Rice Krispies cereal in the bottom of the pan.  Layer sausage, rice and cheese over Rice Krispies.  In a separate bowl, mix together eggs, soup and milk.  Poke a lot of holes in the layered mixture with a knife or a wooden spoon handle.  Pour soup mixture over layers and top with the remaining Rice Krispies.  

Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
